How is my bill calculated?
Normally it will have only two parts – a fixed monthly subscription and a usage charge that varies with the number of minutes used. If you have subscribed to an “Individual Bundle Tariff” there will only be a usage charge for any minutes in excess of your monthly allowance.
Who is charged for a Direct Call?
Only the person who initiates the call. If the minutes fall within the monthly allowance on an “Individual Bundle Tariff” there will no additional charge.
Is there a charge for a guest invitation?
The person who invites the guest has the number of minutes the guest spent in the meeting allocated to their bill in addition to their own. VuCall makes no charge for the client application download that the guest uses to join the meeting.
Who is charged for a Multi-Party Call (a conference or meeting)?
Each person in the meeting has the number of minutes they spent in the meeting allocated to their bill. Any charges are worked out according to the Tariff – Corporate or Individual Bundle
