Version 2.1 of VuCall has new features and functionality in the desktop and portal:

• Optional display of participant names in desktop window
• Call and send meeting invitations by double clicking  name
• Right click the application icon for a menu: sign-in, sign-out, start calls and meetings, etc.
• Double click the application icon to open the VuCall portal in its own window (instead of a web browser)
• Improved performance on low bandwidth connections
• Managing Room Links has moved from Settings to Control Meeting

Audio Devices

The audio management software has been redesigned to provide improved support for the built-in microphone and speakers (if you have them) on your computer.  VuCall still recommend the use of the USB devices (e.g. ClearOne Chat 50) for optimum audio quality.

Connect Participant

When you start a meeting in your meeting room and you want to call other participants into the meeting, there is a new Connect button to make it easier to send the invitation.
